Hate and Love

There are those among us who hate instead of love. There are those who hold on to grudges, and who make themselves to be better than others. The temptation is to hate these people. And yet, while it is just to hate what they do, it is not right to hate them. We are not any better than they, for all have sinned and fallen short. God calls us to love our enemies, bless those who curse us, and to do good to those who hate us. The only way to overcome hate is through love.
